• Remove all old siding to ensure no water is leaking through.

• Install Peel and Stick Rubber to ensure no leaks. 

• Install Tyvek wrap and insulation boards. 

• Install new vinyl siding. 

• Remove existing windows and install two new white vinyl windows.

• Roof maintenance: 

• Apply new flashing cement and membrane to all obstructions on the main roof(Chimney, skylights, pipe details, and drainage area.)

• Apply new aluminum (silver) coating to the entire roof. This will fill in voids and add a reflective coating to the roof extending the life of the existing rubber membrane.
