• Cleared roof of debris and dirt to ensure clean work area for rubber application.

• Installed new SA Base to the inside of the trough above and below.

• Installed a new rubber liner.

• Installed self adhered base to roof. This is a fully adhered nail-less base sheet. Base sheet ensures proper adhesion substrate for modified rubber.

• Installed new 180 APP granular firestone rubber to entire roof.

• Installed new flashing to all pipes,
  protrusions and obstructions.

• Rubberized hatch.
