• Riped off roof down to the deck.

• Inspected the roof structure for any rot or damage.

• Installed new CDX exterior plywood to the entire deck of the roof.

• Removed back cricket along the entire length of the roof on upper & lower flat roofs.

• Installed a new fascia wood & secured to back of building.

• Installed new white seamless gutter system.

• Installed self adhered base to roof.

• Installed new 180 APP granular firestone rubber to entire roof.

• Removed base siding, installed roofing behind and then reinstalled siding.

• Installed new shingle cap on front peak.
