Roof Details

• As seen in the first three photos, the wrong (original) skylight was installed onto this EPDM Flat Roof.

• The original skylight, a Velux Shingle Roof Skylight, was wrongfully installed by previous contractors, which needed to be replaced.​

• We replaced the original skylight with a Flat Roof Double Skylight to ensure quality and durability.

• Finishing off, we sealed the Skylights with Liquid Reinforced Fleece Flashing.
