• Objective- To repair a leak that is occurring around the skylight.

• Installed a new SA base and rubber around the skylight.

• The back of the roof needed a gravel stop to terminate the roof.

• Performed roof maintenance on the main roof.

• Installed a self-adhered base around the skylight.

• Applied new flashing cement and membrane to all obstructions on the main roof (chimney, skylights, pipe details, and drainage area.)

• Applied new aluminum coating to the entire roof. This fills in voids and adds a reflective coating to the roof extending
  life of existing rubber membrane.

• Installed Bilco roof hatch skylight.
