Job Details

• We removed the complete deck system to inspect the roof.

• We performed a core sample to inspect the first layer of roofing to check for trapped water. We will seal penetration with a modified rubber patch.

• Set drainage mat under deck frame to protect the new roof membrane.

• Removed existing decking tops on the 2nd-floor deck and disposed of.

• We installed new tropical walnut decking to 2nd floor deck.

• Installed new composite decking to roof and wall.

• Installed the existing railing system.​
