We first removed an existing deck.
-
We then removed siding on the bulkhead and installed a vapor barrier & new vinyl siding.

Next, we installed a new black granulated modified rubber roof.
-
Built a new composite deck (15ft x 25ft) on the main roof with PVC railings.
-
Framed out deck for a cleaner-looking finish.
