• Removed rotted section of plywood.

• Installed exterior cdx plywood.

• Installed self-adhered base to the side roof. This is a fully adhered nail-less base sheet. Base sheet ensures proper adhesion substrate for modified rubber.

• Applied a new granulated Firestone Roofing System to the deck.

• Installed new white vinyl soffit.
