• Installed a double dome acrylic-coated deck-mounted skylight with an insulated curb.

• We removed and dispose of the existing gutter system.

• Installed a new white seamless gutter system at the back of the home.

• Installed a black gutter system to the front of the home with black accessories.

• Installed a new black granulated rubber roof system to the main roof.

• Installed new 2x6 fascia wood to the perimeter of the roof.

• Installed two new mushroom vents to the main roof for proper ventilation of the new roof system.
