• Ripped roof down to the deck.

• Removed the trough gutter.

• Installed new fascia board.

• Wrapped with metal.

• Installed new gutter.

• Installed new plywood decking.

• Installed iso board insolation to the roof deck and mechanically fastened.

• Installed a new fully adhere epode roof system to the entire roof.

• Installed a new Rac drains with 12" flange.

• Installed all new flashing to all pipes protrusions and obstructions.
